Start with the real need
We do not force customers into internal categories. We ask what success looks like and work backwards from there.
Our role is simple to explain: understand what you need, organise the right resources, keep communication clear, and help move the work to completion.
Tassel & Claws grew around a simple belief: a client should be able to explain the problem in ordinary language and have a capable partner help turn it into a workable plan.
A business may need office supplies today, a website next month, catering for a workshop, a vehicle tracker, help preparing a tender submission, or a contractor to repaint an office. Those needs look different on paper, but they all require the same things: listening, sourcing, coordination, commercial discipline and follow-through.
That is where we want to be useful. We work directly where we have the capability and coordinate trusted suppliers or subcontractors where specialist execution is required. The client still gets one clear point of accountability.

We do not force customers into internal categories. We ask what success looks like and work backwards from there.
Where specifications, quantities or site conditions affect price, we verify them before treating an estimate as a formal quotation.
Subcontracting is not hidden. We coordinate specialist trades and suppliers where that gives the client a better result.
Reference numbers, clear stages and direct communication are designed to reduce chasing and uncertainty during delivery.
Our customers can be individuals, SMEs, established companies, project teams, NGOs, institutions, contractors or procurement units. The scale may change, but the expectation should not: understand the requirement, communicate clearly and deliver what was agreed.
For larger or regulated procurement, we work from the specification and documentation. For smaller clients, we keep the process approachable and explain the next step without unnecessary jargon.
