By submitting a form

You ask Tassel & Claws to use the information you provide to review the requirement, contact you, prepare a commercial response and manage any resulting project or service relationship.

You also understand that an indicative website estimate is not a final quotation. We may need to verify quantities, specifications, location, availability, site conditions or third-party costs before committing to a price or delivery date.

Documents and photos

You confirm that you are permitted to share the uploaded material for the purpose of obtaining the requested service. Upload only what is necessary for us to understand or price the work.

Uploaded material may be stored against your project reference and may be attached to confirmation emails so you and our team can verify what was submitted.

Communication

We may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about the specific request. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing messages.

Where a quote request generates a project reference, status updates may be reflected through the public reference tracker. The tracker is designed to show project stage, not confidential documents or personal data.

Specialist delivery

Where a specialist supplier or subcontractor needs information to price or deliver part of your request, relevant scope details may be shared on a need-to-know basis. We avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.

Your responsibility

Do not submit passwords, PINs, payment authentication details, highly confidential personal records or information that is not needed for the service.

If your request contains another person's information, only submit it where you have a legitimate reason and authority to do so.
