Website estimates

Any value produced by the Quick Quote Builder is an indicative planning estimate only. It is not a binding quotation, invoice, offer acceptance or guarantee of availability. Formal prices are confirmed after review of the actual scope, quantity, specification, route, site conditions, supplier availability and applicable third-party costs.

Formal quotations

Work proceeds only under the terms stated in the relevant formal quotation, purchase order, agreement or invoice. Where those documents differ from a website estimate, the formal document applies.

Availability, lead times and delivery dates are only committed once the relevant formal conditions have been satisfied, including any required approval, deposit, purchase order or access arrangement.

Information you submit

You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information and for having authority to share any documents you upload. Do not upload material that is unlawful, malicious or unrelated to a legitimate request.

Where information is incomplete, inaccurate or changes after submission, an estimate or quotation may need to be revised.

Payments and payment instructions

This website does not take online card payments. Where payment is required, use only the instructions issued or confirmed by Tassel & Claws through its official contact channels. If payment details appear unusual or have changed unexpectedly, confirm them with us before paying.

Availability

Website features may be updated, suspended or changed as we improve the platform. We aim to keep enquiry channels available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Products, vehicles, subcontractors, ingredients, materials and supplier stock may also vary. Where a particular make, model, brand or specification is essential, state that clearly in the request.

Intellectual property

Tassel & Claws website content, branding and original materials may not be republished as another business's work without permission. Third-party photography remains subject to its applicable licence.
